Job description
About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for a workforce and industrial operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and models to real customer workflows, while also owning broader product and platform work where it has the greatest impact.
What You'll Do
Integrate AI agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and fulfilment.
Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.
Design and build core systems, including real-time matching, automated vetting pipelines, distributed services, and APIs.
Own product features end to end, partnering with product and design on user needs and outcomes.
Contribute across product, platform, and infrastructure priorities as team needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
Typically 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience, owning products or features on early-stage teams.
Experience shipping scalable applications with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
Experience building and integrating agentic AI or LLM-powered products, including prompting and tool integrations.
Strong product judgment, with a track record of delivering measurable results amid ambiguity and cross-functional challenges.
Experience across product areas such as marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational software is valuable.
Technical degree or equivalent foundations, along with evidence of independent, hands-on problem solving.
