Job description
Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable desktop support resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans.
The role provides on-site and on-call end-user assistance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery within the organization's desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Level 1/2 desktop support experience, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and office/app knowledge, with strong communication and ticketing skills.
