The Role

• Ensure guest safety and security across the resort, providing a welcoming and secure environment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the resort grounds and manage access control at entrances with a customer-focused approach.
• Assist guests and team members with first aid when required.
• Uphold safety and licensing laws, particularly when working in licensed venues.
• Welcome guests, ensuring a positive arrival experience.

What You'll Need

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor license is essential.
• Demonstrable previous experience in a security or safety-related role.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
• A positive, customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A CCTV license would be advantageous.
