We are seeking a Sterilisationsassistent to join a leading medical facility renowned for its specialized care in pediatric neurology, orthopedics, and neurosurgery. The Role

• Prepare medical products for reuse, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization, in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Operate and monitor technical equipment such as washing machines and sterilizers according to established procedures.
• Systematically assemble and package instrument sets according to pack lists.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the sterilization process.
• Contribute to the efficient workflow of the medical supply chain within a critical healthcare environment.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the Fachkundelehrgang I or II for Sterilisation Assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic proficiency with IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
