We are seeking a Sterilisationsassistent to join a leading medical facility renowned for its specialized care in pediatric neurology, orthopedics, and neurosurgery. This internationally recognized hospital, a key part of a large healthcare group and a teaching hospital, is dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and innovative treatments.

The Role

Prepare medical products for reuse, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization, in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Operate and monitor technical equipment such as washing machines and sterilizers according to established procedures.
Systematically assemble and package instrument sets according to pack lists.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the sterilization process.
Contribute to the efficient workflow of the medical supply chain within a critical healthcare environment.

What You'll Need

Successful completion of the Fachkundelehrgang I or II for Sterilisation Assistants.
Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
Basic proficiency with IT systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
