StandardAero is seeking a motivated Articling Student for a one-year articling term starting in May 2027 with our in-house Legal team in Winnipeg to support its Commercial Engine Services division. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience advising a global aerospace company while working alongside experienced in-house counsel and business leaders.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal support;
• Support legal operations and practice management;
• Assist with corporate, regulatory and transactional matters; and
• Support dispute resolution and other legal initiatives.

Position Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Law student/graduate eligible to article in Manitoba in 2027
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc)
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment, initiative and attention to detail
• An interest in commercial law and the aerospace industry
• A collaborative, practical and business-minded approach
