Job Description

You’ll join an active workstream spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Systems, RevOps, and data .

migration. You’ll interview stakeholders, quickly establish what has been decided, understand current

processes and systems, and identify what remains unresolved. You’ll turn those findings into requirements and user stories, then partner with Systems through its agile delivery processes to define and deliver solutions.

The work includes coordinating connected QTC capabilities and dependencies across Salesforce, NetSuite, and product engineering platforms, including quoting, contracting, account and billing relationships, provisioning, billing, and downstream finance. Account consolidation is one example of the broader coordination challenge: decisions need to work across Salesforce, product accounts, billing accounts, NetSuite, Zendesk, and related systems.

What You’ll Do

Own product requirements and provide coverage for the BPSI Quote-to-Cash workstream.

Interview stakeholders and users across Finance, Product, RevOps, Engineering, and Systems to

understand business needs, current workflows, and decision ownership.

Review existing process maps, decisions, designs, requirements, dependencies, and delivery plans;

identify gaps and risks to February 1 readiness.

Document current QTC processes, systems, data flows, and integrations to clarify the impacts of proposed changes.

Coordinate requirements across connected QTC capabilities, including account and billing relationships, contract and subscription flows, provisioning, and downstream financial processes.

Translate business decisions into prioritized scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements.

Partner with Systems through agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, planning, solution review, testing, and release readiness.

Define and deliver system solutions across Salesforce, NetSuite, and product engineering platforms in partnership with systems and engineering teams.

Make cross-system dependencies and impacts visible across Salesforce, product systems, NetSuite,Zendesk, and data migration work.

Distinguish launch-critical work from longer-term improvements, escalating decisions that put delivery or customer and financial continuity at risk.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Quote-to-Cash, Finance Systems, or a related enterprise systems role.

Experience delivering cross-functional systems changes involving Finance, Product, Engineering, and business operations.

Strong understanding of SaaS revenue workflows, including contracting, subscription management, provisioning, billing, and financial operations.

Experience with Salesforce and enterprise integrations, data flows, migration dependencies, and implementation testing; NetSuite experience is helpful.

Ability to join an in-flight program, synthesize a complex landscape quickly, and turn ambiguity into decisions and executable requirements.

Familiarity with agile product delivery and the ability to partner effectively with systems and engineering teams through implementation.

Strong product judgment and prioritization, particularly when launch timelines require separating continuity needs from future-state improvements.

Clear communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, including the ability to surface unresolved decisions and explain their downstream impact.
