Senior SAP O2C (SD/AR) Consultant - Remote

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of SAP SD/AR (O2C) consulting experience with S/4HANA on-premise implementation or transformation experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD, including order management, pricing, billing, output management, and credit management.
• Strong SAP FI-AR knowledge, including customer accounts, dunning, payment processing, collections, and dispute management.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA O2C simplifications and their impact on SD/AR configuration, reporting, and data models.
• Experience with post-brownfield custom code rationalization and process standardization.
• Experience in banking, financial services, multilateral/development finance, or comparable public sector environments.
• Understanding of financial institution use cases such as fee billing, loan-related billing, and grant receivables.
• Familiarity with public sector revenue management and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to independently lead O2C transformation workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with ABAP developers to assess custom O2C enhancements and define standardization approaches.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled AR capabilities, including intelligent cash application and collections analytics.
• Strong communication skills across business, executive, and technical audiences.
• Ability to deliver successfully in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
