Title: Corporate Systems Business Analyst - Legal
Location: Los Angeles CA
Duration: 6 months contract (possible extension)
Work Setting: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

• Responsible for implementing & supporting solutions for our Corporate Systems - Legal team. The Corporate Systems Business Analysts will drive requirements and specifications as needed to deliver projects and enhancements in support of corporate team.
• Specific tasks for the role include documenting requirements, supporting Agile delivery processes, solution design, system configuration, testing, application training and application support (troubleshooting, issue resolution, etc.).
• This role is encouraged to be both forward-thinking and hands on with a strong ability to communicate objectives, develop plans and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Experience implementing & supporting systems for Legal teams such as document management, legal operations/billing solutions, vendor management, 3 rd party due diligence/screening, risk management, data privacy. (iManage, OneTrust, LogicGate)
• Experience providing application support and maintenance including designing support guides
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting enterprise solutions using the Microsoft suite of products including Power Automate, Dynamics & Co-Pilot
• Experience in project management
• Deep experience in product management
• Expert in business workflow modeling
• Deep experience in communication with senior stakeholders and meeting facilitation
• Experience with Lean and Agile (Scrum) development methodologies
• Media & Entertainment experience is preferred
