The Role

• Engage customers with knowledgeable advice and exceptional service regarding fresh meat, sausage, cheese, and specialty items.
• Skillfully prepare, portion, and embellish products according to high-quality standards.
• Independently create unique specialty items based on established recipes.
• Implement creative merchandising ideas to drive sales and enhance product appeal.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene regulations.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail, especially with fresh food, or in the food service industry is beneficial, but not essential for motivated career changers.
• A genuine interest in working with and preparing fresh meat and specialty products.
• A passion for customer interaction and a love for the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A responsible approach to work and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
