Job Description
Join a dynamic team supporting the future of data centre management! Our client, an industry-leading organisation, is seeking a Skilled Analyst Programmer (Data Centre) on a fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the analysis, development, automation, and continuous enhancement of data centre systems and processes. The position is based at their modern facility with flexible work arrangements, including options for remote work.

As the selected candidate, you will:
- Analyse existing data centre management systems and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Develop and implement software solutions to enhance data centre platforms, ensuring seamless data integration and reporting
- Support automation initiatives to optimise operational efficiency and system performance
- Assist with infrastructure activities such as asset management, capacity planning, and ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in systems analysis, software development, and automation within a data centre or similar environment
- Strong programming skills, with familiarity in relevant languages and tools
- Experience with data integration, reporting, and process optimisation
- Good understanding of data centre infrastructure management, asset management, and capacity planning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience supporting data centre operations or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to data centre management
- Certification or training in data centre management or relevant IT disciplines
