Job Description

Our client, an international company based in Geneva, is looking for an IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen its local IT team.

In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will act as a key point of contact for end users while actively contributing to infrastructure support and local IT projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT support to end users (hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility, meeting room technologies, etc.)
  • Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents
  • Participate in the deployment and follow-up of local and global IT projects
  • Support users in the adoption of digital tools and deliver user training when required
  • Ensure an excellent user experience and maintain a high level of service quality
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors
  • Support the management and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure
  • Contribute to quality, compliance, and internal IT procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for IT services and processes





Profile Required

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support and/or infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on experience providing end-user support in a professional environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including desktops, mobility, networking, and conferencing solutions
  • Initial experience or strong interest in IT projects and user enablement/training
  • Knowledge of ITIL or IT support best practices is a plus
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is considered an advantage
  • Fluent French / Professional English is mandatory
