Change and Training Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change and Training Manager in New York, NY. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree with corporate experience
• 7-10 years of experience developing training and change management strategies
• Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods)
• Excels in navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, evolving business and stakeholder environments
• Proven track record of independently leading change management and adoption efforts, influencing stakeholders across all levels, and driving successful implementation of transformation initiatives with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on key deliverables and business outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
