The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and collaboratively. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes. • Document all system modifications accurately through a digital change control system. • Produce technical documentation for system deployment for diverse audiences. • Perform end-to-end testing and on-site installations of upgrades and modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment. • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
