As the HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior managers in a critic role implementing strategies that support the wider business. What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar HR partnering role
Experience working autonomously supporting key stakeholders
Strong ability to problem solve, influence and think strategically
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices CIPD level 5 or above
Confidently communicate, coach and build strong relationships
You ll have the opportunity to lead and innovate, ensuring that the business remains a great place to work.
