This employer is seeking a proactive leader for their fresh food counter, a central hub for creating high-quality culinary selections. They are looking for someone to guide their team, ensure exceptional product quality, and manage all operational aspects with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The Role

• Lead a team with a hands-on, communicative approach, acting as a role model.
• Implement national sales concepts effectively to drive business objectives.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Develop and execute creative, sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of inventory, cost, revenue, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in food service/fresh counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh food products and a keen eye for quality and freshness.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven work ethic with a commitment to thoroughness.
• Excellent teamwork, customer orientation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday.
