The Role

• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art Heidelberg and Manroland offset printing machines using UV inks and cold foil.
• Produce high-quality folding cartons for well-known beauty industry brands.
• Collaborate within a dedicated team of printing experts, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve top performance.
• Apply technical skill and a keen eye for detail to overcome printing challenges and develop custom solutions for each project.
• Work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to changing tasks and schedules.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an Offset Printer / Media Technologist in printing.
• Strong understanding of the latest printing technologies and processes.
• A high degree of quality consciousness and a commitment to precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative technical solutions.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including participation in a weekly rotating 3-shift system.
