The Role

• Assume leadership responsibilities for the psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
• Guide and oversee clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician in a senior specialist capacity, contributing to station development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary interventions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or advanced stage of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Experience or strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enthusiasm for leadership and a desire to mentor developing professionals.
