We are seeking a dedicated specialist for a leading medical center in Schleswig-Holstein, a key provider of specialized care within a large national network. The Role

• Lead the care of patients on the pneumology ward, performing diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopies, including EBUS and cryo-biopsy.
• Conduct thoracic sonography, including drainage placement and biopsies.
• Initiate and manage non-invasive ventilation therapy in close collaboration with respiratory therapists.
• Participate in interdisciplinary tumor boards for lung and thoracic cancers, and contribute to the on-call and consultation services.
• Mentor and train junior medical staff and nursing personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Internal Medicine or Pneumology.
• Proficiency in advanced bronchoscopic techniques is desirable but can be acquired on-site if needed.
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills and a commitment to advancing the field.
• High level of social competence and teamwork.
• Flexibility and a readiness to learn new technologies.
