The Role

• Perform procedures for recording business transaction activity within general and sub-ledgers.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in ERP systems.
• Manage specific disciplines including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and prepaid/accrual accounting.
• Post accounts receivable invoices and apply customer payments.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements accurately and timely.
• Reconcile sales and receivable account balances to supporting schedules.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with two years of experience, or five years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Detail-oriented with solid knowledge of accounting processes and technology systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships across departments.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close processes.
