Werkstattleitung (m/w/d) Fahrzeugglas | Husum, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive glass repair and replacement expert in Germany, known for its extensive network of service centers and mobile units. The Role • Manage the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume responsibility for technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring compliance with company standards and daily operational planning. • Provide customer consultation and support from order placement through to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee order processing and scheduling. • Conduct quality assurance measures and ensure proper inventory management and audit readiness. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake a certified manager examination or already hold a relevant certification. • A strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • A Class B driver's license, good German language proficiency, and comfortable with administrative tasks and PC usage. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and collaboratively. • Commitment to upholding company values and fostering an inclusive environment.
