The Role

• Mentor and provide ongoing training and support to merchandisers within an assigned area.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities for volume and sales growth.
• Lead the execution of merchandising resets and build retail displays.
• Manage the merchandising of impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Conduct surveys and perform store audits to ensure execution standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management and business partners.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role, with strong self-starter and quick learner attributes.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in changing environments and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with physical demands including standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks involving crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Residency within 20 miles of the Columbus/Brenham, TX area with a willingness to travel throughout the territory.
