The Role

• Provide valuable market and talent insights to inform hiring strategies and support decision-making.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a driven and positive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
