Salesforce Tester with Case Management
Location: Menlo Park, CA — Onsite
Role: Salesforce QA / Tester – Case Management
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Salesforce Tester with strong experience in Salesforce functional testing and Case Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, validating business workflows, case lifecycle processes, integrations, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
•
Strong experience with Salesforce Case Management workflows and business processes.
•
Test case creation, assignment, routing, escalation, status updates, queues, case closure, and related workflows.
•
Validate Salesforce Service Cloud / Customer Service functionality.
•
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
•
Perform defect identification, tracking, retesting, and closure using Jira or similar tools.
•
Validate Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Objects, and Reports.
•
Test integrations between Salesforce and external applications/APIs.
•
Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across Salesforce.
•
Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners in an Agile environment.
