Position: SDET (Software Development in Test)

Location: Hartford, CT- Onsite

Duration: Long Term

Final Round Interview : Face 2 Face interview is required

Required Skills:

• Experience with Design, Build and Maintenance of specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, TypeScript or Python.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, test and quality engineering, including strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure work.
• Experience building test frameworks, automation infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling in modern engineering environments
• Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable code practices
• Experience supporting quality across backend services, APIs, and full-stack systems
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows and improving engineering feedback loops
• Experience designing and maintaining test data strategies and reusable testing patterns
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
