The Role

• Provide expert assessment of individual patient needs, including early detection of life-threatening conditions and initiation of life-saving measures.
• Independently develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on evidence-based nursing practice.
• Execute medical orders precisely and communicate critical observations to the multidisciplinary team in a timely manner.
• Actively prepare for and participate in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with precision and a patient-centered approach.
• Meticulously document interventions and their effects, adapting care plans as patient needs change.
• Ensure the safety of minors and patients at risk of harm to self or others, while also guiding trainees and supporting clinical studies.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of a professional nursing qualification.
• A specialization or further training in psychiatry is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in the outpatient or inpatient care of psychiatric patients.
• High social competence, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging and stressful situations.
• For international applicants: A minimum of B2 level German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
