Job Description:

• 8 years of progressive experience in market research, customer intelligence, competitive analysis, or a related analytical discipline in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.


• B2B marketing experience.


• Experience designing and running VoC programs.


• Experience with marketing insight tools such as Pendo or Mixpanel.
