Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and trends to make strategic business decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
