The services You will provide the Deloitte project team:As an SQL Server Developer Contractor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server databases to support business applications and data analysis. Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Performing database performance tuning and optimization, including index analysis and query optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in database design and development.

Ensuring data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures and conducting regular audits. Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

SAP Reporting / Synapse / Databricks Consultant (S/4HANA Upgrade Support)

• Lead the reporting workstream during the SAP S/4HANA transformation, assessing current SAP reporting capabilities and defining the future-state reporting and analytics architecture.
• Provide deep SAP in-house reporting expertise, including analysis of existing SAP BW, CDS Views, embedded analytics, and custom reporting solutions to support business reporting requirements.
• Drive the blueprinting and design phase for data migration and reporting modernization, identifying opportunities to leverage Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Databricks for scalable enterprise reporting.
• Design and implement data integration, transformation, and reporting solutions between SAP S/4HANA, Synapse, and Databricks to enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to define reporting requirements, data models, KPIs, and governance standards aligned with the S/4HANA roadmap.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions using Synapse and Databricks, ensuring high performance, data quality, and scalability.
• Support end-to-end migration activities, including impact assessments, reporting redesign, testing, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure a seamless transition to the modern analytics platform.
