Mandarin-Speaking Apple Tech Advisor (MAC/iOS)

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Mandarin speaking Apple Technical Advisor to provide world class remote troubleshooting and frontline support for global Cisco employees.

You'll collaborate with Engineering and Knowledge Management teams, handle macOS/iOS upgrades, VPN, MDM enrollment, and documentation, and participate in Escalation Desk after 6-12 months, with occasional weekend on call.
