Senior Workday Technical Developer

Seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Developer with expertise in Workday Studio, APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, and third-party system integrations. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll,Benefits, Recruiting, and external applications. Experience integrating ATS platforms such as Avature, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, orsimilar systems with Workday is highly desirable. 

Key Responsibilities

·                     Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs. 

·                     Build and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems, including ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other enterprise applications. 

·                     Develop API-based integrations for candidate, employee, and organizational data exchange between Workday and recruiting platforms such as Avature and other ATS solutions.

·                     Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure accurate, reliable data flow across systems. 

·                     Create technical specifications, data mappings, and support documentation. 

·                     Support testing, deployments, Workday releases, and production support activities. 

Required Skills

·                     5+ years of hands-on Workday technical development experience.

·                     Strong expertise in:

o        Workday Studio

o        REST & SOAP APIs

o        EIB and Core Connectors

o        XML, XSLT, JSON

o        Workday Security and Reporting

·                     Experience integrating Workday with ATS platforms (Avature preferred) and other external applications.

·                     Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

·                     Workday Integration Certification.

·                Experience with Workday Extend, Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar middleware platforms.

·                     Experience supporting global Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and Benefits integrations.
