The Role

• Preparation of components, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Application of paint to metal components using wet coating methods
• Operation and monitoring of coating systems
• Conducting quality and visual inspections
• Adherence to safety and environmental regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a painter/industrial painter, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, relevant professional experience in industrial painting
• Meticulous and reliable work ethic
• Team player with a strong sense of quality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early/late)
• Proficient German language skills
