Senior Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Platform Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Salesforce team and help design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role involves full-stack Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and data-driven architecture, with a strong focus on modern AI-augmented engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Develop scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Support data modeling, migration, validation, and enterprise data quality
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile delivery
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps best practices
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards
• Leverage Generative AI tools to improve development, testing, and documentation efficiency
• Collaborate with Architects, BAs, QA, and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior developers and support production issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of data migration and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Active use of Generative AI / Agentic AI tools in development workflows
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce
• Exposure to enterprise systems like SAP, Documentum, or content management platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf, Devin, etc.)
• Experience working in distributed Agile / offshore delivery models
• Additional certifications in Integration Architecture or Data Architecture are a plus
