Role: Power Platform & Full-Stack Technical Lead"

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Days onsite)

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.

Mandatory Technical Expertise:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps - Canvas Apps)
• Power Automate
• .NET and React JS development
• Azure DevOps (Build & Release, CI/CD)
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-assisted development using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or Vibe-Coding practices.
• Exposure to leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Role Expectations:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance while remaining hands-on in solution development.
• Design, develop, and support solutions across Power Platform, .NET/React JS, and Azure DevOps integrations.
• Collaborate closely with client business stakeholders, architects, onsite teams, and offshore development teams.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Drive technical initiatives, continuous improvements, and innovation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Must be hands-on in UI development and integrations, Azure DevOps build and release management, CI/CD pipeline implementation, unit testing, and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• All work will be delivered in alignment with the client's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) practices, including active participation in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events, while adhering to established program Definitions of Ready (DoR) and Definitions of Done (DoD).
