Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Developer Experience: 10+ Years Role: PeopleSoft Technical Developer Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer with 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, customization, implementation, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM, PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.

  • Develop and enhance PeopleSoft components using PeopleCode.

  • Create and maintain Application Engine programs, SQR, and Component Interfaces.

  • Develop integrations using Integration Broker, REST and SOAP web services.

  • Work on PeopleSoft Fluid UI, Classic UI, and related customizations.

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and performance-intensive processes.

  • Perform PeopleSoft upgrades, retrofits, and customizations.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

  • Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams.

  • Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, and deployment.

  • Prepare technical documentation and support release management.

Required Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.

  • Strong expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleCode.

  • Hands-on experience with Application Engine.

  • Strong knowledge of Component Interface and Component Interface testing.

  • Experience with Integration Broker, REST and SOAP integrations.

  • Expertise in SQL, Oracle Database, and performance tuning.

  • Experience with SQR, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher.

  • Knowledge of Application Designer and Data Mover.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and production support.

  • Knowledge of Fluid UI and modern PeopleSoft architecture.

Good to Have

  • PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM experience.

  • PeopleSoft Image upgrades and PUM.

  • PeopleSoft Security and Workflow.

  • PeopleSoft Cloud Architecture and OCI.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience Expectations

  • Independently handle complex technical development.

  • Lead technical design and development activities.

  • Mentor junior developers.

  • Coordinate with functional and offshore/onshore teams.

  • Analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Handle critical production issues and root-cause analysis.
