Description

Currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products adhere to established quality standards by conducting comprehensive testing and inspection procedures.

This role requires advanced analytical capabilities, exemplary communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest levels of product integrity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Perform thorough inspections and tests on products and materials to confirm compliance with all relevant quality standards.
  • Accurately document inspection results and promptly report any discrepancies or defects to appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to effectively resolve quality-related issues.
    Maintain meticulous records of all testing procedures, inspections, and corrective actions implemented.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality control processes within the organization.


Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; however, candidates with formal electronics training and eight (8) years practical experience are strongly preferred.
  • Previous hands-on experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments is considered advantageous. This includes familiarity with quality control systems, production workflows, and regulatory compliance standards. Exposure to ISO or similar certifications is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to accurately identify, document, and analyze discrepancies in products or processes. Strong analytical skills enable the technician to interpret test results, recognize patterns, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise with inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and advanced measuring equipment, as well as proficiency in relevant software applications for data entry, report generation, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with digital platforms for quality management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is vital. The ideal candidate can adapt to changing priorities, communicate clearly, and contribute proactively to group objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
