Sr Anaplan Consultant/ Sol Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional solutions for Anaplan issues and enhancements.

• Support and enhance existing Anaplan models in production.

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive support tickets through resolution.

• Prioritize system defects, issues, and enhancement requests.

• Coordinate regularly with development, business, and IT teams.

• Build and enhance Anaplan models and review existing planning solutions.

• Support Data Hub architecture, data aggregation, and distribution.

• Perform functional and technical testing for enhancements, bug fixes, and system projects.

• Manage Anaplan service-line workload and assign tasks across the support team.

• Identify architectural implications and recommend optimal solutions for complex business and technical problems.

• Manage overall delivery quality, risk, and support activities.

Required Qualification:

• 6–8 years of Anaplan implementation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of production support experience with large Anaplan models.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Anaplan model building and enhancements
  • Data Hub
  • Anaplan integrations
  • CloudWorks
  • APIs and file-based integrations
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and managing support tickets/defects.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, technical testing, and production deployments.
• Ability to work directly with both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience managing or guiding Anaplan developers/support resources.
• Strong architectural and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certification

• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect OR Master Anaplanner certification is strongly required.
