We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join a leading UK motoring organisation with over 125 years of trusted service. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys problem-solving, provides exceptional service, and wants to be part of a team that keeps the UK moving.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for a wide range of vehicle issues, including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis.
• Start and finish your day from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Work with a variety of vehicles and road conditions, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Benefit from provided resources including your own van, fuel card, tools, and diagnostic kit.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
