As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You will take pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will:

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to company standards
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities
• Carry out regular deep-cleaning duties
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Support environmentally responsible working practices
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Carry out general cleaning duties as required across the hotel
