Quick overview
Job description
Accurx is where conversations happen with and about patients in the NHS
For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.
What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.
The challenges you’ll solve as a Implementation Analyst
We take customer onboarding very seriously - we’re known for a ‘right first time’ approach when we set up in a practice and as an Implementation Analyst, you will have a huge impact in scaling Scribe usage and adoption across the NHS. Our products are designed for ease of use across the healthcare space, so ensuring our end users feel confident is essential - this is where you come in.
This role will be supporting our customers in new regions - at the moment, this is Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This means we may require occasional travel to these areas (maximum once per month).
Running training sessions for our users on Accurx products: this could be online or in person in NHS settings across the UK, covering between 30-300 people per session
Demo-ing the full functionality of Accurx products: our products are updated regularly, so ensuring you’re fully up to speed on what’s new and what’s coming for our users is essential
Designing, building and testing new training content: you’ll get to deliver content how you want to and try new things
Using data, automation & AI to improve: we’re working on becoming truly AI native in 2026 and beyond, and we’re looking to adopt new practices to bring in automation and AI to make the lives of us and our end users even easier
You should apply if...
You’re an engaging and captivating trainer
User and customer experience is a top priority to you
You pride yourself on building genuine relationships and partnerships
When you spot something not working, you're quick to raise the issue and be part of the solution
Versatility is your strong suit - you can work independently or as part of a team
You’ve used data, automation and AI to make life easier, either in your professional or personal life
You have a passion for healthcare, Tech for Good or the NHS - we can teach you what you need to know, but you have to be passionate about our mission to Solve Healthcare Productivity
What’s in it for you?
You’ll join a high-performing team on a mission to solve healthcare productivity, building a platform used by around 300k NHS staff every week, supporting the care of over 50 million NHS patients every year. We set a high bar, move fast, and give people the ownership and support to do the best work of their careers
£32,000 - £45,000 salary, plus a discretionary recognition bonus for exceptional performance and impact, nominated by managers and awarded by our leadership team
Equity: £7,000 in equal share options, so you share in the value you help create
Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life
Built for collaboration: We are an office-first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office for a minimum of 3 days a week
Close to our users: Regular hackathons, plus dedicated time to visit GP practices and other healthcare settings to see first-hand how our products are used
Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year
Support at home: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support
We have our very own chefs: Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches, plus a weekly sweet treat
