Restaurant Busser
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Restaurant Busser to help keep our dining room running smoothly. This role is essential to delivering a clean, welcoming, and efficient guest experience by supporting the waitstaff and maintaining spotless dining areas throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
Clear dirty plates, glasses, and silverware promptly and return them to the kitchen. Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs, then reset them with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware. Refill water glasses, deliver bread or welcome items, and assist with running food from the kitchen when needed. Keep service stations fully stocked, sweep floor areas around tables, and quickly clean up spills to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the shift.
Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting. Sharp attention to detail to ensure tables are spotless and properly set before new guests arrive. A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support smooth restaurant operations.
