Job description

Edward Jones seeks a Senior Infrastructure Security Architect to design and secure enterprise-scale cloud and on-prem infrastructures for a leading financial services firm. You will define security architectures, standards, and patterns for networks, endpoints, identity, and cloud platforms, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and risk teams. Responsibilities include threat modeling, zero-trust design, secure configuration baselines, security tool integration, and guiding remediation. You will mentor engineers, support audits, align with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement of the firm's security posture in a highly regulated, client-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain secure infrastructure architectures for cloud and on-prem environments
  • Develop and enforce security standards, patterns, and configuration baselines
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for infrastructure solutions
