The Role

• Assume professional leadership for complex psychotherapeutic treatments and provide senior physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Drive diagnostic and therapeutic processes at a high professional level, ensuring guideline-based care.
• Lead multiprofessional teams with appreciation and a goal-oriented approach, fostering constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervise and competently guide resident physicians and psychotherapists, supporting their professional and personal growth.
