- Partner with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Vehicle Development, and other cross-functional teams to resolve systemic product and process issues.
- Support the development and review of PFMEAs and control plans to strengthen risk mitigation and manufacturing process controls.
- Analyze technical findings, communicate results clearly, and drive quality issues to successful closure.
- Travel to company locations, including Austin, Atlanta, Hayward, and San Francisco, as needed based on business requirements.
Qualifications:

- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, decision-making, oral and written communication skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience
- Expertise in using quality management and ERP systems (SAP, MES, JIRA, etc.) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
