We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Manager to build our home electrification phone sales team from the ground up. This is your opportunity to recruit great people, develop the sales approach and create a team that delivers strong results and an excellent customer experience.

The Opportunity 📞

You’ll take ownership of a team converting inbound enquiries generated through Google and Meta campaigns into home electrification sales.

Working closely with recruitment, marketing and operations, you’ll build the team, establish clear processes and coach your people to succeed. You’ll understand the numbers behind the sales funnel and use them to improve lead conversion, team performance and the return on our digital marketing investment.
