Job Description

Adeeba e-Services is a leading International BPO running Inbound tech and website process. We provide technical help to our US and Canadian customers 24x7 with our best technicians.

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Callers for Technical Support / technical sales Process.

Provide them technical support by diagnosing the Issue and suggesting the Annual Service plans and Software. Close the sales and achieve the target.

Candidate must be experienced in outbound tech process for more than 6 months and must know how to close their calls.

1· Fixed salary in salary account on 1st of every month+ huge incentives 
2. Leaves: Rotational offs
3. 24 paid leaves+b'day leave+comp offs
4. Shift Timing: US Shift
