• Set up and operate processing machinery
• Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed documentation
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and preventative upkeep of equipment
• Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and the technical readiness of operational resources
• Support testing of new technologies and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• *What You'll Need**
• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a self-directed, goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
