Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £50,000 – Fenchurch Street<br />Location: Fenchurch Street, City of London<br />Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services provider.

Key Responsibilities<br />Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site<br />Perform electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and emergency lighting systems<br />Fault-find and repair AHUs, FCUs, UPS systems, generators, and LV electrical systems<br />Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, and associated building services equipment<br />Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulationsRequirements<br />City &amp; Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)<br />City &amp; Guilds 18th Edition<br />City &amp; Guilds 2391 Testing &amp; Inspection<br />Minimum of 3 years' experience within the building services or commercial maintenance sector<br />Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and commercial building services<br />Excellent fault-finding abilities with a proactive and professional approachWhat's On Offer<br />£50,000 basic salary<br />Plenty of overtime available<br />25 days annual leave plus bank holidays<br />Company pension scheme and healthcare<br />Industry-leading training and ongoing development<br />Clear career progression opportunities<br />Supportive, friendly team environment with excellent staff retentionIf you're an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a company that values its employees and offers genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
