Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Senior Cyber Assessment Lead/Systems Architect to work from Dam Neck, VA in a hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
The Senior Cybersecurity Assessment Lead provides technical and analytical leadership for Department of Defense cybersecurity assessment activities. The position leads the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of operationally realistic cybersecurity assessments and ensures assessment products accurately characterize vulnerabilities, cyber survivability issues, operational impacts, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.
The Assessment Lead provides technical direction and quality assurance for assessment deliverables, coordinates work across analysts and subject matter experts, and supports assessment activities spanning multiple DoD organizations and mission areas. The position also applies systems architecture and data-analysis expertise to improve assessment methodologies, automate analytical processes, and increase the accuracy and efficiency of assessment reporting. Key Duties-
- Serve as senior technical and analytical lead for assigned cybersecurity assessments.
- Lead the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of operationally realistic cybersecurity assessments.
- Provide technical direction and analytical oversight to cybersecurity analysts and subject matter experts.
- Ensure assessment activities address mission-relevant cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and cyber survivability concerns.
- Analyze cybersecurity vulnerabilities across complex command-and-control, communications, computing, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and mission systems.
- Lead post-event data reduction, correlation, analysis, and development of assessment findings.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations for remediation and risk reduction.
- Lead development and quality assurance of assessment observations, analysis and recommendation reports, event outbriefs, executive briefings, and other program deliverables.
- Review analytical products for technical accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with program standards.
- Integrate and normalize inputs from multiple analysts, assessment teams, and mission areas into cohesive program deliverables.
- Develop and refine automated tools and analytical processes to improve data analysis, reporting efficiency, and accuracy.
- Coordinate assessment priorities and activities with program leadership, supported organizations, and technical stakeholders.
- Support development of future assessment concepts, plans, budgets, and program documentation.
- Mentor assessment personnel and promote consistent analytical standards across the team. Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of directly related specialized experience
- Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
- Experience supporting large-scale exercises
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements 20%-30% COMPENSATION: $140,000- $160,000 The salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
