Job Description

Job Title: TIBCO Integration / Modernization Consultant
Location: Duluth, GA – Hybrid (2 days mandatory onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 10+ Years
Rates: $52/hr. C2C
 
Key Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), BusinessEvents (BE), TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, and ActiveSpace
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, messaging, event processing, interface contracts, and data flows
  • Experience with integration analysis, application discovery, dependency mapping, code review, testing, defect triage, deployment planning, and production support
  • Experience analyzing and documenting legacy integration behavior, exception handling, and non-functional requirements
  • Knowledge of modernization approaches involving APIs, Microservices, Java/Spring Boot, and cloud-native integration
  • Google Cloud Platform experience preferred
  • Experience working with application SMEs, architects, QA, release, and modernization teams in Agile environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct application and integration discovery and assess legacy TIBCO applications for modernization
  • Review Git repositories, application documentation, test assets, interface inventories, deployment references, and operational playbooks
  • Support local code setup, compilation, execution, troubleshooting, and modernization assessment where permitted
  • Analyze application dependencies, integration touchpoints, messaging patterns, and business rules
  • Capture functional, technical, integration, regression, and edge-case test requirements
  • Define and document NFRs including performance, scalability, resiliency, latency, throughput, monitoring, logging, and recovery
  • Review deployment processes, release history, configuration management, rollback procedures, monitoring, and alerting
  • Collaborate with application SMEs, architects, QA teams, and modernization developers
  • Participate in technical workshops, sprint reviews, demos, and design sessions
  • Support SIT, E2E, UAT, defect triage, and issue resolution.
