Internal Sales Officer Temporary 6 months full-time Mechelen

Your Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support day-to-day commercial activities and ensure the smooth follow-up of customer and sales processes.
• Manage customer and product registration processes
• Process pricing agreements and upload data into the ERP system
• Follow-up on orders in close collaboration with Customer Service
• Maintain daily contact with customers regarding operational matters
• Monitor and maintain forecast data
• Analyze sales figures and report deviations
• Explain increases or decreases in volumes and revenue
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Documentation
• Prepare forecast meetings and collect relevant information for management reporting
• Support after-sales activities and customer follow-up

Profiel• You work in a structured and accurate manner

• You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• You communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills
• You have a good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SAP is a strong asset
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
